We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners. Full payment is required via credit card, and guests must provide their card details to complete the transaction, which will appear as a charge on your statement.
3. Confirmation of Payment
After payment, our team will email you a confirmation slip, which serves as proof of payment for your tour package. Please ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate.
4. Cancellation Procedures
Before canceling, please read the cancellation policy for your tour package. To cancel any part of your reservation, notify Desert Quad Safari (Laetitia Tourism LLC) in writing. We will confirm your cancellation request via email and inform you of any applicable fees. We are not responsible for cancellations that are not received or confirmed.
5. Itinerary Amendments
Tour services may change due to local conditions or other factors. If changes occur, we will offer suitable alternatives of similar value, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for major disruptions caused by natural disasters.

Desert Quad Safari (Laetitia Tourism LLC) is not liable for damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. We recommend travelers obtain travel insurance for unforeseen events. You are responsible for being physically and mentally prepared for your activities and must follow the Guide's instructions. Participation may be denied without a refund if your actions jeopardize the group's safety.
